At Mazens Paintball, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; therefore, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that used markers and custom equipment may be subject to specific inspection criteria prior to refund approval.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the unused items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix your shipping label and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box, then drop it off at your preferred carrier.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the equipment, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
